"A good looking trooper."

I use Boules Quies, the wax earplugs that mute my husband's snoring, to cut down on MRI cacophony. It doesn't eliminate it, but it shaves off the intensity. Also wear warm socks and a soft sweater because those machines are chilly.

I’ll check those out. Thanks! Yes, I always wear warm clothes and accept a blanket if offered. I can’t tolerate being chilled at all now.

Mostly good news in this post.

I can only imagine how hard it is to obtain and coordinate all these tests and doctor visits.

Well, I only go out to see a doctor or do tests so it’s the only time I interact with the outside world in person.

Sounds like it's going well to me!

BTW, after I had double pneumonia in 2010 the docs said I had lots of patches of the infamous ground glass and recommended CAT scans. I did go for one and the patches looked better. They wanted another one, which I did but it turned out I also had pneumonia (again) and so they couldn't see a thing.

Never went for another one. It's been years. Do I have ground glass still? Who knows. But I do a mile on the treadmill at 3.7 mph and a 3 % incline. I don't cough and while I don't sing while I walk, I don't run out of breath either. Just sayin' and always, your mileage may vary.
